This cancellation occurred due to misunderstandings on the part of the seller, however, everything possible was done to remedy the situation.

We apologise for the inconvenience. The stone was incorrectly uploaded due to ann error and was not available annd we offered an compensation and reached out to you with alternative however same could not work out and hence we had to cancel the auction. 

Unreliable seller. Auction completed, then order canceled due to seller’s inventory problems. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Buyers should be cautious.
