Verkoper annuleert mijn aankoop eenzijdig onder valse voorwendselen. Catawiki ingeschakeld en deze geeft aan passende maatregelen te nemen. Handelswijze is incorrect en uitleg flauwekul.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are truly sorry that this lot had to be cancelled. Unfortunately, Japan Post, the national postal service in Japan, suddenly changed its shipping regulations without prior notice, making it impossible to ship the item at the originally listed shipping cost. We sincerely wanted to find a way to complete our transaction, so we offered the option of an additional shipping fee to cover a portion of the new, significantly higher airmail cost. However, we completely understand and respect your decision not to proceed with the extra fee. Because this was an unforeseen and unavoidable issue, we consulted with Catawiki. After they thoroughly reviewed the circumstances and confirmed that it met their standards for cancellation, the request was formally approved. We are sorry for any disappointment and inconvenience this has caused. We wish we could have sent the item at a better time without any disruptions.
