Friendly communication, but the seller asked me to cancel because they found the winning bid too low. Shipping took almost 2 weeks. Happy with the object, disappointing in other aspects.

ha annullato l'ordine perché l'offerta era troppo bassa

Object arrived completely broken as non-adequate packaging was used. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Sincere apologies! An inexperienced new team member packed this delicate item without supervision. It should've never happened in the first place. A full refund has been requested from Catawiki.

Objet conforme à l'annonce. Envoi soigné. Merci.

Thank you for your review. We are happy the item was received well. Enjoy your purchase.

Warm regards

Ondanks dat het wat langer duurde voordat ik het object mocht ontvangen, heeft het mij eergisteren tijdens een korte afwezigheid in goede orde bereikt, waarvoor dank.
