    All items as described, packed not very well with no amortization between individual parts. 2/10 cups, 4/10 saucers and the milk jug have dented during transport.

    You paid your order on 15 Jan and on Monday 17 jan your package was sent. It was a fast shipment given the short distance the Hague to Hoorn. Delivered on January 18th. Today February 9th I received your message about the delivery. It's not quite clear to me what's going on. Everything was individally and carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. The sides filled with stuffing material and a box within a box. Would you please explain to me what you are not satisfied with? kinds regards
