    First i was notified by catawiki that item is fake and canceled my purchase. They still sent me "item". But box was empty. Now they are claiming it's my fault.

    Good morning, I'm sorry that I only noticed your text messages now. I was distracted with Catawiki, because I was busy with work. When I prepare the order to be shipped, I never write the address by hand, but I do it: copy from the Cataviki page, as the buyer was registered in the original, and paste it to the PacklinkPro page exactly. It all happens automatically. If the address is not correct, the error is caused by the difference in local linguistic transcription.

    Es tut mir leid, dass Ihnen der Anhänger nicht gefallen hat. Und außerdem wurden die Unvollkommenheiten des Bernsteins, der immer ein Einzelstück ist, in der Beschreibung des Schmuckstücks erwähnt.

    Die Figur ist sehr schön. Leider steht sie wackelig, weil der Boden uneben ist. Jemand hat schon ohne Erfolg versucht, den Boden mit Wachs "auszugleichen".

    I paid 6th july my order in same day when i won it. After 10 days I contacted with the seller and she said she would sent it on tuesday, 16th july, but she canceled it today without informing me!
