Mooi lampje, goed verpakt, snel verzonden. 

Product was packaged poorly. Plastic bubble wrap should be used in future. Fireplace fan wasn’t working properly as it was offline because of poor packing. 

Pleased with product overall.

Leider kam die Ware nicht gut verpackt und beschädigt bei mir an. Zwei der sechs Gläser sind nicht mehr zu gebrauchen.  Somit ist das Set unvollständig.  Kommunikation Mangelhaft. Insgesamt Note 5-

I said I was sorry 2 glasses arrived broken altough well packed , not fair you mention the were not well packed and not fair that you didn't mention the partial refund I gave you. i hope you still enjoy the 4 glasses left and the bottle that are far more worth than you paied. 

The mirror glass was not sufficient packed.. I received today a box with pieces!

I'm so sorry . I put a lot of effort in securing the package, don't understand how it could still arrive broken. Please send me pictures. Best regards

the description was lamp + angel = 49 cm , if you only measure the angel than it is 30 cm . The description was correct, sorry you give me a negative review for a misunderstanding from your side
