    Hello, I’m very sorry to hear this, and thank you for your feedback. A loose crystal can happen due to vibration during shipping or normal fitting tolerance on vintage pieces. Please message me privately and send a few photos or a short video so I can confirm the issue. If you prefer, you can send the watch back to me and I will secure the crystal properly and ship it back. I understand international shipping can be inconvenient, so you may also choose a local watchmaker to fix it. As an optional temporary solution, if you’re comfortable, you can secure it with a tiny “spot” of adhesive—please be very careful not to let any adhesive touch the dial or get inside the case. Sorry again for the inconvenience.
