Non voglio dilungarmi in spiegazioni inutili, ho ricevuto un orologio non funzionante e il venditore pur dimostrandosi disponibile, non voleva pagarmi le spese di restituzione, esperienza negativa.

The buyer has already received a full refund through Catawiki. Furthermore, I voluntarily waived the requirement to return the pocket watch, meaning the buyer received all his money back and was allowed to keep the watch free of charge.

Throughout the dispute, the buyer used unnecessarily harsh language and insisted on resolving the matter entirely on his own terms, showing little willingness to consider my explanations or the practical difficulties I faced.

Despite my repeated efforts to find a reasonable solution, the buyer still chose to leave a negative review without mentioning the final outcome.

I believe this review presents a one-sided and unfair picture of the situation.

I would also like to caution other sellers that, based on my experience, this buyer was extremely difficult to deal with and unwilling to compromise. I strongly advise other sellers to exercise particular caution when dealing with this buyer.
