    Je suis désolé si l'échantillon est arrivé endommagé, dans ce cas, vous pouvez facilement annuler la commande et vous serez remboursé. En ce qui concerne les photos, je peux vous assurer que l'échantillon que nous avons envoyé est identique aux photographies. Comme je l'ai dit, s'il est arrivé endommagé, vous avez le droit de pouvoir le retourner.
