We are a professional seller, that ring had 10 days of auction days, we have posted the object on many online platforms, and it happened to sell the objects before the auction closed. Sorry and it's not personal reason.

    The bag was listed with dust bag. The package arrived with the chanel bag without dust bag. Seller admitted the mistake but refused to send the dust bag unless I make another order from him
