We did not recieve any call from an italian number or a meaasge so all you say is not true. 2nd things, we did not got this item back. By looking at the track and trace it has been deliverd. 3rd thing is that we always are open voor a good communication if you let us. An imidiately negative feedback will not help you. I will not agree with any payment back in this case. I let you wait will the post finish the investication. So you can wait now!!

Altijd in goed contact met de verkoper gestaan. Het adress op het pakket was juist. Postnl was niet in de gelegenheid het pakket af te geven en het is terug verzonden. Aangeboden het op mijn kosten opnieuw te versturen. Zo ver is het niet gekomen omdat Catawiki niet het geduld heeft gehad te wachten tot ik het kavel retour had. Catawiki heeft het kavel geannulleerd en de koper is volledig terugbetaald. Deze feedback heeft niets te maken met ons. Maar met de drukke december maand bij Post NL Waarschijnlijk. Ik ben het met de koper eens dat de dat de communicatie met catawiki dramatisch is en dat ik de koper groot gelijk geef zich terug te trekken uit catawiki. Dat ga ik nl. Zelf ook doen.

Il tavolino è stato imballato malamente, lasciato libero di muoversi all'interno del cartone e così, anche se avvolto con un giro di plastica mille bolle, è arrivato spezzato in due e rotto sul bordo.
