Purtroppo riscontro che la poltrona acquistata è stata fotografata una volta e riproposta in più aste. Quella che mi è arrivata è risultata mal funzionante e le ruote incrostate.

As has been explained to you several times, the wheels are not scaled - they have an automatic locking mechanism that works when they have no weight on them. You were offered to receive other normal wheels for free, but you preferred to leave unmotivated negative feedback, ignoring that often objects should not be sold and therefore are re-proposed with the same photos and descriptions. Come ti è stato spiegato più volte, le ruote non sono incrostate: hanno un meccanismo di blocco automatico che funziona quando non hanno un peso sopra. Ti è stato proposto di ricevere gratis delle altre ruote normali, ma hai preferito lasciare un feedback negativo immotivato, ignorando che spesso gli oggetti non vanno venduti e quindi vengano riproposti con le medesime foto e descrizioni.

Ik kreeg stoelen buiten formaat; Ze waren 43 cm hoog. Indien dit zo belangrijk is dan moet dit op de omschrijving staan en dit was niet zo. De verkoper wil de stoelen niet terugnemen.

I have not accepted the return because the request does not have adequate reasons. The height of the mackintosh seat is 43 cm, which is the standard for bedroom seats. However, it can be increased using felt pads or rubber feet, if you need a more suitable height. Furthermore, the auction lasts for 10 days, so you had plenty of time to ask me about additional details before placing your bid. If you need to try an item before deciding whether to keep it, perhaps Catawiki is not the platform for you.
