The seller agreed to send the ceramic lamp from Milano to Paris. He made me pay 60 euros ! The lamp arrived packed only in wrap paper and freely moving inside the box => BROKEN! I will complain

Unjustified feedback ... it was specified in the auction that I only accept the withdrawal ... shipping only on request ... item was new ... the package was perfect as all the shipments I have been doing for years...what a fault have I if the courier broke the lamp! Before accusing ask a solution to solve the problem! Thanks
