De verkoper reageert niet op berichten en bevestigt de ontvangst van het geretourneerde horloge niet, waardoor het onnodig lang duurt voordat Catawiki mijn geld kan terugbetalen. Dit is zeer frustrerend en absoluut geen prettige ervaring.
