    The amber was broken and poorly packaged. The delivery time is one and a half months, and a thin paper box and a bubble bag cannot protect 610 grams of fragile goods.I did not suspend payment.

    The amber has been carefully packed with multiple layers of bubble warp and thick box. The package got delayed beacuse of the covid-19 pandemic and It prolly stuck at Taiwan customs for more than a month. There is no proof of damage since no photos were provided. It's likely the buyer changed his mind after the purchase...

    I'm sorry for your disappointment. The coin was well described and there were enough photos to evaluate the conditions. I consider what was declared by a well-known auction house (Kunker), from which the coin was purchased, a bit more reliable than your unknown expert.
