Im very sorry to hear that. The amplifier was in perfect condition when i sended it to you. I sended it by mondial relay with insurrance . However you must check the item at moment of delivery with the courier for dammage.thats the policy of mondial relay. When you accept the package it is at your own responsibilaty and doesnt count the insurrance

The amplifier is working but the cassete deck does not play any cassets . There is a problem with mechanics . When start to play the cassette does not rotate.

Hello nicolai. Im very sorry to hear that, this is the first time that thus happenes to me. I always check and clean the objects before i send them I think this must been damaged during the delivery.
