    Hello I'm really sorry, I'm sincerely sad about this. I guess it was on transport, or maybe putting the cardboard inside the shipping box. Sadly I don'y have any other bottle to send you another cardboard. My apologize. If there's anything I cand do, please let me know. I hope you enjoy the whisky. Best regards.
