Hi, I am sorry to hear that the frame got damaged during transit. The work was professionally packed and shipped with a trusted courier that I have been using for years  without any problem. If I had received the images of the damages as soon as the work was delivered,  I could have claimed the insurance, sadly  now it is too late.
