I beber received the bottles.
The items were three bottles. Were send via postal in an ordinary package with labels saying "fragile". One bottle was totally broken and the parcel wet with the wine. I notify the seller, no answers.

If you had followed the steps correctly on Catawiki following the end of the auction you would have paid the displayed shipping cost. You did not follow the standard procedure after winning the auction, and so the parcel was made and the ACTUAL Bpost shipping cost was charged to you - never had I *intentionally* charged more to you. Also realise that you paid the shipping cost WITHOUT paying for any packing material for which there was no need to. A parcel to Italy from within Belgium to Italy and weighing over 5kg is €49,20. Your package weighed over 5kg. Even if I had noticed that the shipping cost you paid was more than the one that was displayed, I had the right to ask you to pay me the surplus. I gained zero on the shipping and did even lose money because of the cost of the packing material. Why not communicate more if you think you are mistreated ? Unbelievable in these times of easy communication between two persons. Poor behaviour.

The cork was pop-up when received the expensive wine, as dealed with the seller they won't take any responsibility for the flaw of parcel.

Taiwan buyer with doubtful stories to tell. Only very time-consuming and terrible communication possible. Buyers claims that the bottle I sent to him was not manipulated by customs in his country. It showed that customs in Taiwan DID manipulate the bottle. This could even be read on the auction site as part of the tracking info. I asked the buyer to contact customs for more information about their handling: buyer failed to cooperate. Buyer is sure that customs did not have anything to do with the popping of the cork. Bottle was neatly opened, as if it was opened by someone. The bottle would most likely have exploded with shattered glass as a result if it had experienced too much influence by pressure during air travel. There was zero damage to the glass. Financial turnout of the auction was completely awarded to me.

The delievry was prompt, the communication good and the product in very good order.
Maybe not worth it to buy these bottles. Many Sicilian chardonnay have more quality. Seeing is believing!
