Hello, my item arrived damaged. Most of all the little pieces were in the bottom of the box and the ones still attached were interwinded one with another. It's not like escribed ... no crystalglass!!

Best, it is a pity that the lamp did not arrive properly, it is definitely crystal glass when the light shines on it you will see the glare. I had already included some spare parts just to be on the safe side. if this is not sufficient to complete the lamp, please inform me of the size and I will send it to you. Sincerely, Ronald
