    Les verres sont arrivés parfaitement bien emballés, il y avait même 5 flûtes au lieu des quatre prévues ! En revanche ils ne sont pas en cristal de Baccarat !

    Mi dispiace molto che tu mi abbia lasciato una recensione neutra. Credo di non averlo meritato. Erano in tutto 12 bicchieri, 3 serie da quattro, in una della serie ti ho aggiunto in regalo il quinto bicchiere. Quindi, hai ricevuto 13. I bicchieri riportavano addirittura il catalogo baccarat dello stesso disegno (visibile tra le foto). Non capisco come mai tu abbia avuto il dubbio?

    Dear buyer, absolutely not true what you state. The jug was also first tested to understand how many liters capacity it could hold and it didn't leak anything, also because it's made of crystal. How did it leak water? It would have been more correct if you had contacted me first, surely we will have found a solution. Evidently you regretted the purchase for an item that you did not need.
