As soon as we received the returned parcel, we informed you immediately and took action without delay. Throughout the entire process, we responded to all messages the same day or within 24 hours. Due to the situation, we offered a compensation to resolve the matter in a fair and careful manner, which you accepted and received. After you had received this compensation, this feedback was posted. We therefore find this review disappointing, as considerable effort was clearly made to resolve the matter properly and in good faith.
