    Non si ha certezza che il cuore e la chiusura siano in oro 18k poiché non c’è punzone. Oltretutto nella cartolina di certificazione c’è scritto che sono presenti parti in argento…qual è la verità?

    Le bijou n'est pas conforme à celui que j'ai acheté. Sur la description du lot était écrit 9 saphirs bleus et j'ai reçu le bijou avec 8 pierres jaunes.J'ai contacté le vendeur hier mais pas de réponse

    Me envió el Mensaje el dia 28 Agosto a las 18h y le he respondido el día 29 Agosto a las 8h, comentar aquí que no le responde es falso. Las piedras de la pieza que ha recibido son Zafiros Amarillos, la misma pieza la tenemos también en Zafiros Azules y Rosas. Podemos cambiarla por el color correcto y cancelar el pedido y será abonado su importe sin ningún problema.
