    It took months to get the order. The packaging was completely ripped to pieces. The paintings frame was damaged and the painting was not fixed to the frame. What a mess. Seller should be banned !!!!

    The delay is caused by the COVID-19 emergency, we always keep you updated about it! We never had problems with the packages. Not fixed? We have to remove the glass to avoid any kind of damage in the international shipment, but there isn't any kind of damage. For any kind of problem you can always contact us to find a solution, we are always avaiable for any kind of problem! Why you leave this reviews? You have to contact us and sending some picture we can send a refund, as we usually do, but it's not a good behavior leaving a bad reviews without contact the seller. Especially in the situation that we are living now.

    Buongiorno, dopo aver risolto la problematica del corriere l'opera risulta consegnata correttamente. Purtroppo la poca cortesia di un operatore di un determinato corriere non è in alcun modo attribuibile ad un venditore né tanto meno ragione di una recensione negativa! Inoltre le abbiamo, nonostante la situazione sia attribuibile soltanto a cause esterne a noi, offerto un rimborso delle spese di spedizione e imballaggio, che lei ha accettato in via risolutiva ed ora non capisco proprio la sua recensione negativa.
