L'esperienza è stata pessima per me venditrice, perchè è stato chiaro, da subito, che questo acquirente avrebbe trovato qualsiasi pretesto per lamentarsi e contestare. Prima della spedizione ha inviato ben 8 messaggi in pochi giorni, arrivando a contestare addirittura il codice di spedizione (esatto) e l'etichetta (giusta). Alla fine volevo non spedire perchè sapevo che sicuramente avrebbe trovato un pretesto per lamentarsi. Ho spedito solo per correttezza e precisione ma sarebbe stato molto meglio evitare qualsiasi dialettica con questo acquirente che ha acquistato esattamente il quadro in foto nulla di più o di meno!

The object was not what I expected. It is painted in gold and has some kind of plaster added in a corner, not just signs of aging. In the photos looks like a wooden color. I made a mistake.
