    One candle is perfect. The second one is damaged and like the turm of Pisa although the packing is perfectly intact. We want to send back or you credit half (also transport cost) please.

    Dear Sir, I seems strange to me that the candle holder is not straight and the package has no visible damage.First, I would deeply appreciate if you send me pictures of the package and the candle holder, both for the insurance appraisal and my own. As a last solution, there is no problem in refunding -via bank transfer- half of the price including transport cost, and you can keep the candle holder (which you can probably repair easily) I look forward to your news and pictures.
