Ik heb de tas nooit ontvangen, het pakket is retour gestuurd naar de verkoper,maar deze reageert niet. Catawiki neemt geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid, maar geeft alleen geautomatiseerde antwoorden.

The seller did not photograph the actual condition of the handbag. It arrived very used and damaged. But most I am disappointed by the Catawiki team. They did not proceed the return or refund

Bag seemed ok but 5 mins after opening & attempting to use, the large hook/clasp on the strap fell off. Bag has been returned but still waiting for a refund. Seller slow to respond or doesn't at all.
