    Slow delivery and boxes were quite unprofessional packaged. The bottles were fine. I cannot not remommend, but the an expedited delivery with a proper package, must be a must to sell here

    Hello Arnaldo, It's a shame you posted such feedback afterward without contacting me. You bought a few extra cases from me. As soon as I received the payment I shipped your packages the same day, I cannot help any Covid-19 caused delays, plus 10 days is not that long. It did not fit in 1 package so I had to make 2. I charged no shipping costs for the 2nd package. Expedited delivery costs €275 per package, so a total of €550 for your shipment. Not a "must" to sell here in my opinion. After posting the feedback, I asked you what happened, you said a case had been scratched from the nails in the lid of the 2000 VP, and a corner of the lid had broken. I had to open this case to keep the bottles safe. If you would've told me directly your case had been damaged I would've sent you a brand new one. They must've handled it pretty wildly to damage a case. But still, the bottles were in perfect shape. I use the best packaging. I'm sorry you feel this way but I appreciate your feedback, Roy

    Perfecto. Excelente proveedor, nunca falla, absoluta confianza. Quizás debería mejorar los excesivos gastos de envío, y pasar de 30€ a 20€, que creo es lo que le cuesta realmente el transporte.
