Il quadro è molto bello, ma devo far rilevare la poca cura del telaio, piuttosto rovinato. Occorre inserire nelle presentazioni anche foto del retro che, in questo caso, mancava. Imballaggio ottimo.

After the payment (!!!), and after I tried to reach the seller out, he told me that the lot will be not shipped and the item has been withdrawned by the owner. A total unprofessional behavior.

As previously explained to you, since payment was not received within the specified deadline, the owner of the artwork terminated the sales contract with us and we were therefore required to return the item as requested. As an auction house, we are often entrusted with lots belonging to third parties for sale and, unfortunately, in this case we were asked to return the work that you had won.

We understand your frustration and inconvenience; however, we must comply with the rules and maintain transparency with both buyers and sellers.
