Si tratta di un danno provocato dal corriere (per altro assicurato) per il quale abbiamo proposto il rimborso avvalendoci dell'assicurazione. Il feedback ha il solo scopo di danneggiare l'immagine del venditore perché pare che il cliente non voglia neppure avvalersi del rimborso da quanto ci ha comunicato. Consideriamo profondamente ingiusto attribuire un danno di immagine al venditore senza considerare che i corrieri provocano danni ingenti a moltissimi oggetti spediti con imballaggi più che adeguati e preparati professionalmente come nel nostro caso. Per questo motivo consideriamo il feedback inopportuno ed inaccettabile.
Die Ware war super Verpackt und der Versand war auch schnell. Leider war eine der Kannen verschmutzt und der Gesamtzustand war nicht ganz so perfekt wie beschrieben, aber sonst alles gut!

Super cute, I didn’t expect the cobwebs underneath 😈 I somehow opened it upside down. Disappointed it was grubby as it looked so glossy in the photos but it’s now oiled and clean, and happy.
