After the auction ends, if they don’t receive the desired amount, they stop responding and don’t ship the goods to buyers. I don’t recommend dealing with them.

Won the auction, never heard anything from the seller. Catawiki promised full refund, I don’t understand how can it take up to 10 days, I paid the item in an hour after the auction.

The beautiful teapot I purchased, which survived undamaged for over 100 years, arrived smashed to pieces. It did NOT say FRAGILE anywhere on the box so it is not surprsing. Heartbroken.
