    Am 11. März haben Sie ein Paket erhalten. Warum reagieren Sie erst nach acht Tagen? Ich frage Sie zum dritten Mal nach Fotos der angeblich kaputten Lampe, um eine Beschwerde beim Kurierdienst einzureichen. Ich habe die Lampe perfekt gepackt! Es ist nicht meine Schuld, nur eine Kurierfirma!

    please learn to control the parcel, and do not expose negative opinions not my fault !!! I sent the package with the tracking code.     OP de foto's was enigzins zichtbaar dat het boek beschadigd was door water. Maar nu blijkt dat hele stukken geribbeld zijn. Dat had er als tekst wel even bij mogen staan.
