    Hi, I appreciate your comment. In my many years of selling, I had never received a complaint such as this one. It’s actually up to personal interpretation. Kindly note, that the mannequins come in two sizes, which give us a better understanding of the size, length of said necklace, and most important…. in order to avoid missunderstanding or confusion, the description of this lovely necklace clearly states the length: “ Longest strand measures: 47cm”.     “The bracelet that arrived is not the same as the one shown in the picture. Also, the thin strip on the shiny bracelet has started to peel off. It looks cheap and poorly made

    Your satisfaction is very important to me as a seller. Since, the NEW bracelets I sent you, were in perfect condition, kindly send me pictures of the damaged bracelet to review. And perhaps I can send you a replacement. 😊 I own same bracelet set, and they’ve been great! Sorry, if ONE of your bracelets became damaged. Can’t possibly control that. Let’s fix this situation.
