Kindly be aware that shipping from the USA used to be €41. Also, countries customs' fee is mostly and universally well known, and it was actually mentioned in the CATAWIKI website. Your customs' fee was really on the low side. Sorry that neither CATAWIKI or I have any control over the world's countries-imposed customs fees.

In some cases parcels and labels get sloppy, dirty due to the mail carriers involved, we must also consider that your parcel traveled a long distance.
