    Je colis est arrivé rapidement et très bien emballé, mais je suis un peu déçu de la couleur des vases , les photos prise truc l’existant pour les faire paraître couleur or !!!!!

    The lamps are beautiful but one of them has a loose or broken socket.

    Hello mr / mrs Rui Guerra. I am very sorry to hear that one of the lamps is damaged. With "socket" do you mean the part in wich you turn the bulb in? In that case you can easily replace that part. Are you able to mount a new socket? If so, i will ofcourse pay for the costs. If you are not able to fix it yourself, there are in my opinion 2 possibilities; 1 you send me the lamps back, and i pay you your money back. 2 i give you a discount. i am open for a other way wich lead you to satisfactory. Please let me know what your thoughts are. Again, i am very sorry that one of the lamps is damaged, and i will do whatever is possible, and reasonable to solve the problem. Greetings.
