    The buyer asked us to wait as they leaving for a business trip. They opened Dispute before they returned from a business trip. This is harassment! The buyer never got the item as they disputed before shipment. The buyer therefore got their money back as they had opted under the dispute Thank you

    Weak packaging. Model came with the rear spoiler loose and rear door with issues to close. Despite of the availabilaty of the seller to refund , I have decide to keep the model due to lose of trust.

    The order has been shipped. I am out of the country as per my regular day to day job. I get to update all tracking numbers once a week when back in London. You would appreciate that such communication can be managed / under on the email option. Rest assured you are covered by the portal gtee and I respond to all communication within 24 hours.
