    Unfortunately, due to poor packaging, the painting arrived with the canvas broken. With the high shipping costs one could expect a better packaging.

    No, I'm so sorry. This has never happened before. Clearly I was too trusting or naive in thinking that packaging was enough. Is the canvas very damaged or can it be salvaged? I apologize for what happened. Greetings. Arianna
