Fragile illustrations were badly packed by seller in only thin packing paper and arrived with damage. Offensive seller not open for fair solution proposed by buyer. 'Offensive'...probably see below.
Catawiki: Solution attempted by the Seller, but unsuccessful due to reasons outside of the Seller's control.

acheteur mécontent, mais ne sachant pas pour quoi ... un remboursement lui a été proposé qu'il a refusé, on ne sait pas pourquoi non plus ... réclame une solution ' équitable ' qui semble être : conserver le lot + être remboursé ( sans commentaire !!! )

tout était expliqué ET VISIBLE sur les photos !!! obtenir un tel lot 5 fois moins cher entraîne obligatoirement des conditions différentes du neuf, encore faut-il être capable de réfléchir et étudier AVANT son achat. Mettre une évaluation négative pour ceci est une véritable preuve de mauvaise foi = dommage
everything was explained AND VISIBLE in the photos!!! obtaining such a lot 5 times cheaper necessarily results in different conditions from new, you still have to be able to think and study BEFORE your purchase. Putting a negative review for this is real proof of bad faith = shame
