buyer buys the object on a friday afternoon. On monday sends a message asking why the object hasn't been shipped yet. Not one single working day had passed yet.. 
From shipment to delivery was 8 days not 10.. 
Shipment was done with a reputable shipping company during the holiday season which might explain the slightly longer delivery time. 
A lot of rude and lengthy messages followed all while the proces was executed correctly and well whitin time limits. 
It's a statue not a perishable good monsieur..
