Jammer dat u al mijn inspanningen en acties om u het kavel te laten toekomen met slechts een neutrale feedback heeft beloond. Zeven (7) weken heeft u erover gedaan om het kavel(tje) af te nemen! De achterkant van het lichtblauwe tasje is duidelijk zichtbaar op de foto: een klein, heel licht verkleurd plekje. Misschien wel omdat de tasjes zoooolang hebben moeten wachten vooraleer u de moeite nam om ze op te halen. Daar zou je inderdaad van gaan verbleken.....:-)

The lot description states that the carpet has NOT been cleaned.... You have bought a carpet with an estimated value of 150-200 euros (according to the auctioneer) for 1/10 of this price. It is these types of sales that generate negative feedback. Maybe make some soapy water and rub with a soft cloth?

These underplates are in beautiful condition and were expertly packed.
Goed bestek, maar liever in aparte pakjes verpakken, nu lag alles door elkaar. De dozen worden vaak niet zo voorzichtig verplaatst door de vervoerder.

What a disappointing response from you: we spoke to each other via Catawiki's message box. I have already indicated that the lamp was completely correct in my opinion and experience. Otherwise I should have noticed during shooting that the lamp would not rotate properly. Anyway, I really don't want a buyer to be dissatisfied. That is why I suggested that you either cancel the purchase. But then you must report this to Catawiki because they manage the amount paid by you. Or that I transfer you an amount of 25 euros as a courtesy. Indeed, out of leniency, to save you the trouble of sending it back, because I wanted to prevent what happens now. To my surprise, you don't answer me, but post a fat negative feedback on the public site. Very disappointing! So be it: I then stick to my statement that the lamp is in order and functions properly: perhaps you yourself have handled the lamp incompetently? Did you force the mechanism? I hereby withdraw my offer to pay you an amount of 25 euros.
