    I never received the order and ended up losing both the money and the item. Unfortunately, the seller did not provide any solution or clarification, and Catawiki offered no effective support.

    The buyer was very unreasonable the whole time. He keeps blaming everyone except himself. We assisted him with the missing parcel, and received threats in return.
