    The order arrived with a broken lightbulb. He seemed willing to fix it, but almost two months have passed and the problem remains unresolved. And he doesn't respond to messages. I'm very disappointed.

    Fakt ist, die Lampe war nicht beschädigt intakt, vor Versand. Muss also beim Versand beschädigt worden sein. Ich habe mich trotzdem bereit erklärt eine ander Lampe zuzusenden. Nur muss ich sie auch erst finden. Ein ungeduldiger Käufer gibt dann leider eine negative Bewertung ab. Besten Dank für dieses "faire Verhalten"
