Le colis arrive intact mais quand j’ai déballé, j’ai trouvé un anneau de verre fêlé. Je l’ai signalé au vendeur, il m’a répondu de façon peu aimable. Je ne prends pas de risque de retourner. Pas sûr

I’m surprised by this comment. I responded politely and offered you the option to return the lamp for a full refund, including return shipping, even though the item was described as being in good condition with minor wear, in line with Catawiki’s policy. You chose to keep the lamp, which was purchased at a very low price. Given this, I don’t understand why such a negative comment was left. If you are unhappy, the return option is still available.
