le produit ok. Mais la livraison bien que j'ai payé la tva et le port à catawiki, UPS m'a facturé des frais de port+ la TVA dejà payée. Moralité 49€ de plus..... reclamation ups qui n'avance pas!!!

The fee paid to UPS is customs fees for importing an item from outside of the EU. I have this written in all my listings but I'm sorry if this wasn't made clear. I wish we lived in a world without tariffs! 
Catawiki collect the standard VAT rate based on the buyer's country and pay this to the relevant authorities. 
Import duties, customs fees, and handling charges are separate from VAT and are collected by the courier on all items imported from outside of the EU.
