Sehr schnelle Lieferung. Sehr schöne Diamanten. Bin sehr zufrieden.

Good afternoon,
Thank you for your feedback.

As previously discussed in our messages, FedEx experienced internal issues with the customs clearance process, which resulted in the packages being returned to the Netherlands for further review.

I personally attempted to collect the packages from the FedEx station, but unfortunately, I was not permitted to do so. As mentioned previously, an error was made during the clearance process, which resulted in you being required to pay the VAT directly.

If you have already paid the VAT to Catawiki, I recommend contacting Catawiki directly to request a refund of these charges.

All the necessary information and documentation had been provided to FedEx, including the correct details indicating that Catawiki was the importer of the goods.

I hope this clarifies the situation

Oggetto bellissimo, venditore ottimo, ma la società fedex corrieri in ritardo clamoroso e senza possibilità di avvisi e chiarimenti sul pacco in arrivo. Grazie per questo acquisto Bella Vita Diamonds!
