    it's the second time I've had a similar problem, that is, the shipper has reversed deliveries. The first time I solved the problem via catawiki. Also this time I called the catawiki customer service but I was told that I had to solve the problem myself. I sent an email to the recipients asking to exchange the books at my expense. The other customer's response, after 20 days, was that he did not trust the exchange. At this point, if you want, I can send you another book for free.
