I ordered this set of 10, 2 were broken upon arrival due to insufficient packaging. Vendor was only willing to pay for 2 broken dishes. Partial set is not useful.

I’m sorry that 2 out of 10 crystal glasses arrived broken. The parcel was packed with great care — if not more — using appropriate protective materials. Unfortunately, a lack of care during transport can sometimes result in damage. I offered a full refund to cover the damage (2 glasses + shipping and packaging costs). The buyer accepted this solution, without requesting an insurance claim or a return of the remaining items. The transfer was made immediately after her confirmation. It is always sad to see beautiful items damaged, but it is equally unfortunate to receive a review that reflects neither the facts nor the nature of our exchange. I remain committed to providing honest and transparent service.
Mooie werken. Jammer dat het leveringsbedrijf de levering laat gemeld heeft. Ik was 10 minuutjes te laat en de werkjes stonden gewoon tegen de voordeur, gelukkig niet te veel mist of regen.
