A Fountain Pen is sold with its box. Period. 
One should not take pictures of something and at the very end of the listing says the box is just a prop and will send a generic one.

La stilografica e' originale al 100%. Oltre ai miei controlli, Catawiki prima di mettere in asta una penna la fa valutare attentamente dai suoi esperti. L'interno e' vuoto perche' la Montblanc "Noblesse Oblige" e' un modello a cartuccia (o converter)  ed e' perfettamente normale che l'interno sia vuoto per poter permettere di inserire nella sede adeguata la cartuccia di inchiostro!

There was a small issue and the customer service was fantastic and helped me troubleshoot the problem. They even offered to reimburse me and take the pen back. Luckily, the problem was fixed.
