    The packaging is very simple, and there are many damages during transportation

    This is total fabrication. The Moment was wrapped in nearly 3 metres of bubble wrap within a strong purpose made box. The damage was not caused prior to shipping and could not have been caused in transit. A complete con. I have now seen the damage to the packaging and it just reinforces my argument that this damage could not have caused the damage to the equipment. This is a complete scam and I demand that I am paid in full.
