寶石經本地驗是合成寶石非真品，黃金部分也誇大，這個賣家不老實，經溝通一點也不承認賣價貨，竟然要我去國際驗證。驗證不是賣家的事嗎？賣家說時間差異，是搞不动區域時間差嗎？收到貨品第一時間就懷疑珠寶真實性，到我們的檢驗中心檢驗，也跟賣家傳訊，寶石是合成的。賣家先說可以退貨，後來又說ㄧ些什麼不承認我們台灣，也不承認我們國家的檢驗中心。這心態有問題，所有過程都有通知Catawiki也傳訊資料了，賣家太不老實

The buyer first messaged me at 25 November, 06:56 am Why did you send me counterfeit goods? The gemstones aren't real, and the gold is problematic too. I'll send it for testing this afternoon and see what the testing agency says. If it's fake, I'll return it. Yet, they did not receive the delivery until 3.5 hours later at 10.25 am. *How could he have inspected the jewellery before it was delivered to him? *See tracking information Shortly after he sends a certificate from a company that does not exist and is not on your list of accredited laboratories, Then he responds: The 18k gold should have a gold content of 75%, but the test results showed that it only had less than 50%. These inspection certificates and testing fees cost me US$50.He claimed that I should provide a Cert.of Authenticity, which I told him that I stated that there was no Cert. of Auth. stated
Shipment and all is good. But the bracelet came with no box, no certificate of authenticity, so seems a bit shady to say the least as it came packaged as a any random Chinese plastic bracelet

We did this because of the strict restrictions of customs in the USA, we declared the value low so you would not incur additional customs fees, if we window dressed it, they would have declared it a higher value, increasing your cost. We did not know it was a gift. We declared in the sale there was no certificate of authenticity, if you wish one, it would cost 200 Euro. Please let us know and we can send a gift box with the Certificate.
