Seller doesn’t answer messages and e-mails. I waited three weeks after the payment but never send me the lens. Platform issued me the complete refund

The packaging didn't properly protect the lens, there was also a small fracture and a scratch on the glass that weren't mentioned. Doesn't appear to damage the final image. I didn't developed the roll
