    Thank you for your rating. However, I do not understand the negative rating! I sent the package on time. Even with insured shipping and shipment reimbursement. Unfortunately there was a problem with customs in the Netherlands because of the delivery address. That was not my fault. The package then came back to me and I had to pay 20 euros for it. I even sent it to you again at my expense (again 15 euros). Altogether I was at the Austrian Post 6 times to clarify the problem. I would have expected a little more understanding from you. It was a post office error and not mine. I had a lot of expenses now and hope that the package will be with you soon! Regards, Lisa
